MATERIAL PERFORMANCE MATTERS
In high-pressure gas service, gas can permeate polymeric sealing materials. During rapid depressurization, the absorbed gas can expand within the material and potentially cause internal cracking, blistering, voids, loss of mechanical integrity or premature seal failure.
ChemResist provides RGD-resistant material options for applications where rapid gas decompression is a critical design consideration.
