Our range of spring-energized PTFE seals, high-performance polymer seals and engineered sealing solutions is designed for critical applications including oil & gas valves, actuators, pumps, compressors, hydraulic equipment, wellhead equipment, pressure-control systems and process equipment.

ChemResist seals are manufactured using carefully selected PTFE, filled PTFE, PCTFE, PEEK and other high-performance polymer compounds, combined with application-specific spring energizers and seal geometries. These materials provide excellent chemical resistance, low friction, wear resistance, temperature capability and dimensional stability, making them suitable for demanding upstream, midstream and downstream applications.

ChemResist can offer materials meeting API 6A norms of RGD and NORSOK-710 testing. Viton-ED, HNBR-ED, PEEK, CFT, GLMOS2 filled PTFE meeting the API norms are offered.
